VSI Products LLC produces the finest reagent grade borosilicate granules available for your needs. All orders are processed from raw feedstock manufactured to our exacting standards. The processing line that manufacturers borosilicate granules is dedicated to borosilicate granule production only at a facility separate from our normal operations. This insures our staff and our clients that there is never a chance of cross contamination between other operations and borosilicate production.

Grinding

VSI Products LLC designs and fabricates all of its equipment lines. Our equipment is engineered to deliver the finest finished product at the lowest cost available to our clients. We use only the finest of materials available for our equipment lines to insure no contamination of foreign materials i.e. metals , grease , etc. Our borosilicate granules are of the highest quality there is that we are aware of.

Separation

VSI Products LLC separates ground borosilicate granules to exacting sizes. Our separation systems utilize dust control systems at all phases of reduction and separation to insure delivery of dust free borosilicate granules. We can process to any size or specification , however at present we produce to ASTM C 441 standards and guarantee those standards at all times.

Packaging

VSI Products LLC packages finished borosilicate granules in heat sealed 5 mil. Clear plastic bags in 10 pound increments. Smaller amounts can be ordered at anytime. Heat sealed bags are shipped in a durable triple wall cardboard shipping box for maximum protection against damage from transportation mishaps.

Shipping

VSI Products LLC currently ships with UPS , Fed-Ex Ground & Con-Way Transport. Overnight shipments to anywhere in the U.S. are available at a higher price through UPS and Fed-Ex overnight services. All freight costs are included with borosilicate granule purchases unless specified different by the client.

Sizes

VSI Products LLC manufacturers borosilicate granules to ASTM C 441 specifications.

Sizes are as follows:

Minus 4 mesh - Plus 8 mesh

Minus 8 mesh - Plus 16 mesh

Minus 16 mesh - Plus 30 mesh

Minus 30 mesh - Plus 50 mesh

Minus 50 mesh - Plus 100 mesh

Other sizing can be requested for those clients who need varying sizes.
